Holly Heise
Adoption Program Director
Holly has been with JFJ Hope Centre since 1999! She joined the JFJ team after she graduated and completed her post-secondary education. Holly began her journey with JFJ as a birth parent counsellor and, in 2018, became our Adoption Program Director.
Holly has a passion and desire to support families as they navigate their parenting and adoption journeys. Holly brings enthusiasm for the work she does with families. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the adoption field. Although part of her job involves completing paperwork, she is always available to connect with the families she is working with and her JFJ team.
Holly is known by others as compassionate and empathic. Whether it is during orientation, intake meetings, phone calls, emails, or even a late-night Zoom call, Holly strives to keep families informed. She takes extra care and time to teach and guide each family through the adoption process, attentively answering each question.
Holly is there to celebrate when a family is matched or comfort them in times of loss. You will often find Holly on the road or on the phone as she supports her JFJ team, foster families, adoptive families and even birth parents. Did you know that Holly is also an adoption practitioner?!
