You are not alone. It’s normal to feel confused and scared, but our caring counsellors will walk this with you. JFJ has been supporting couples and individuals facing unplanned pregnancy since 1948. We know this feels overwhelming, and we will answer your questions, provide a safe, listening ear, and help you make the best next step. Important decisions lie ahead, and our compassionate, experienced staff will help you examine the options and make good plans for both you and your child.

JFJ provides support to both parents to ensure everyone understands their choices and rights. If you decide to parent your child we will help you connect with JFJ’s parenting supports and with local resources and supports you may need.

All of our services for birth parents are free, and our counsellors work with individuals anywhere in Ontario.
